Welcome to LivingEd! By creating an account, starting a trial, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

LivingEd is a homeschool planning and tracking app that provides tools, resources, and features for families and educators. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or have a parent/guardian’s permission.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
  
  
• You agree not to share your account with others outside your household.
  
  
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  
  

• We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.
  
  
• After the trial, you may subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan.
  
  
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged according to your chosen subscription plan.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  
  
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store or account settings.
  
  
• If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will have full use of your paid-for features until that billing cycle ends.
  
  
• Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  
  

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
  
  
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  
  
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
  
  

All content, branding, and software in LivingEd are owned by Living Schoolhouse, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

You own the content you create and store in LivingEd (such as lesson plans, notes, or student records). By using the app, you grant Living Schoolhouse, LLC a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We will never sell your content.

LivingEd may use third-party services such as app stores, hosting providers, or payment processors. We are not responsible for their actions, downtime, or policies. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the app.

You agree to hold Living Schoolhouse, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that result from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

LivingEd is a planning and tracking tool. It does not provide legal, educational, or compliance advice. You are responsible for making sure your homeschooling meets the requirements of your state or country.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts or through arbitration located in Denver, Colorado, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes. Continued use means you accept the changes.
