Delete Account

You can permanently delete your LivingEd account and associated data in two ways:

Option 1Delete Directly in the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the LivingEd app on your device.
  2. Go to Home → Profile (tap your avatar in the top-right corner).
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by selecting Delete Forever.

This will immediately start the permanent deletion process.

Option 2Request Deletion by Email

Subject Line:Delete My LivingEd Account
Required Info:The email address used to register your account.

Data Deletion and Retention

  • When you delete your LivingEd account, your profile information, account details, uploaded content, and associated personal data are permanently removed from our active systems.
  • Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup recovery purposes. Any retained data is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes.
