1. I forgot my password — how can I reset it?
You can reset your password anytime from the login screen by tapping "Forgot Password", then entering the email you used to create your account.
2. I didn't receive the password reset email.
Please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still don’t see it, contact us at hello@livingschoolhouse.com, and we will help you reset it manually.
3. The app is not loading or is slow. What should I do?
Try the following steps:
• Close and reopen the app
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Update to the latest version of LivingEd
• Restart your device
